Thank you for taking time to share your experiences and ideas with St. Cloud Pride. Your input will help us better understand the needs of our local LGBTQIA+ community in Central Minnesota and improve our programs and resources.

This survey is in two parts:
- The first part is short and we ask everyone to complete it if possible. Estimated time to complete: 7–10 minutes
- The second part is optional and goes a little deeper for those who have time or want to share more. Estimated time to complete: 10–15 minutes
